Welcome to ColleXable – where collecting means more. These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) explain how you can use our website (the ‘Site’) and join the ColleXable waitlist (the ‘Waitlist’).

ColleXable is designed for individual collectors and fans. The Site may not be used for commercial resale, scraping, price manipulation, or speculative trading activity.

Please read the Terms carefully before using the Site. By using this site or joining our reserve list, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Use of the website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Use of the website is only allowed for personal and non-commercial purposes - this will give you access to updates regarding upcoming ColleXable releases.

use the Site in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law;

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any systems connected to it;

introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful technologies;

use the Site in a fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive manner;

Reserve list and marketing communication

By signing up for the Waitlist:

you confirm that the information you provide is correct;

You agree to be contacted for updates to our services, including product launches, availability notices, or early access invitations;

joining the Waitlist does not guarantee access to the service or create any contractual obligation to provide you with products or services;

Adding to the waitlist is free.

These communications relate only to ColleXable products, drops, auctions, and collector updates. We do not sell or rent our mailing list.

We send updates including newsletters, and promotional communications regarding ColleXable and, in some cases, our partners.

Consent to marketing communications is completely voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent:

using the link in our emails (you will find it in the footer of each message);

by contacting us directly at the e-mail address: info@collexable.com.

These communications are designed to keep collectors informed about upcoming releases, auctions, and access opportunities.

Our waitlists and marketing updates are for people over the age of 18. If you are under 18, ask a parent or legal guardian to join the program on your behalf.

Data protection and privacy

ColleXable is the data controller for any personal data collected through this website and through the waiting list. Your data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We use your data to manage your waitlist registration, send you updates, and—if you choose to purchase—process orders and provide customer support.

We never sell your data. Some of our service providers- including Shopify and email partners- may process data outside of the UK or EEA. In this case, we use approved standard contractual clauses, a UK international data transfer agreement or other safeguards to protect your data.
